Monthly subscription fee is recurring fee during production usage in case ReqDC platform in utilized.
Monthly subscription fee includes:
- 24/7 monitoring
- Support channels
- Incident management
- ReqDC platform updates, fixes and features
- Platform infrastructure maintenance
All costs are assessed and pricing vary from simple to advanced integrations. Further complexity adds more maintenance, development work and support required which will increase the price.
Change requests to integrations are billed at a flat hourly rate
If major scope changes or adjustments after initial production are desired, they are billed as hourly service. Full estimate calculations are provided.
